hey everyone sen Rai here today I’m going to be watching the 10th episode of gushing over magical girls last episode we had nemu and uh and maama being able to be a be a Duo fighting against our Trio but in the end we’re able to defeat them and joy bring them into the fold I guess but you know also having that amazing strip vital performance which was great you know after having some time to think about it I kind of wish we didn’t have the like strip whip punishment you know in the previous episode because it’s kind of double dipping a little bit on the you know Mama stripping thing so I think it did kind of lessen a little bit the impact of the stage performance and overall I like that uh B from as a from a Luda standpoint I like that better than the previous scene right so I almost kind of wish at Le at least they weren’t so back to back I don’t know but I feel like it just was a weird way of kind of double dipping on that concept getting under strip but not a big deal either way just thought I’d throw that out there but yeah I’m kind of curious where we’re going to go with this episode are we going to fight like the the sister next I don’t know but yeah let’s just jump on in and check it out 3 two one play uh kindergarten why not why if it’s a flashback yeah it’s a flashback man they’ve been friends for a long time that’s ouch our family’s full don’t you hate to hear that that was adorable unicycling hand holding that’s how it started the Shadows are my friends that’s a with those little legs that’s a big jump M I will let you into her family that’s how she gets her audience you got nothing to do please come see me sing you listen to me sing stick is a microphone so cute oh God this is so sweet and wholesome you know I was I was kind of thinking they’re so young they probably don’t they’re not probably that not that picky you know she’ll probably like it back then and over time realize how bad of a singer she is but no she knew right away poor but it does now make sense you know they they came across as like lifetime friends and they they definitely were so yeah one of them leaves your organization they’re they’re both leaving you know I watched that scene so many times just no idea how bad this thing she is the magic could be IM muted I guess back to it where are we exactly you helped to realize your true colen you know fair enough she’s not a difficult girl to get along with four wow I mean we could use the help I how do you feel about magical girls I knew was coming that’s not the right answer uh what is should going to do where is this joining I’m joining too just to be by her side so it’s m just kind of that oblivious it’s your fault m enjoying every second of it I I’m with I’m with you well I’m satisfied I don’t knowbody who 10 now that’s what I’m talking about right there I swear to God if we get that you don’t even know how happy I would be now you love her oh she she’s going for it okay apparently she’s on board sometimes I swear to God the show has made for me oh God take the hood off oh is she really gonna do it like I think we’ve actually gotten a kiss in the show so far my my oh my God the saliva did you see that saliva Trail oh my God oh God we really did it we really did it good I could not be more satisfied if I tried honestly I am a rock right now I could not possibly ask her anymore that’s pretty deep but there’s no way they would actually go further is it like they’re just teasing me there’s there’s no way that’d go further she’s not wrong oh my God where did do we yeah I’m just gonna shut up and enjoy this they kind naked real quick I I cannot believe we’re doing this okay yeah anyone any anyone anyone else feel like they’re literally dreaming right now doing it in the palm of her hands it’s just because I got a lot to say about that scene in the discussion don’t you worry the SC this episode’s going to be demonetized because of how much I have to say about that episode that scene let’s go still using her icicle weapon the cracks yeah Team Rockets blasting off again we have have our backup they’re weak but they’re numerous not as good as her pop Wonder have like a man back guy show up oh of course yeah this putty oh great it’s absolutely horrifying yab is a good word for it okay I I should have known be right back oh giant kiss here I admit we’re not looking good right now but we we we got [Music] this okay she’s especially not looking good yes ma’am I mean I mean no no gotta love for bringing out the big guns yeah our no star girl she’s got to prove her worth in the group don’t raise a death flag I I we can’t lose kiwi don’t end the up on a sad note after how the amazing it’s been if if kiwi dies I riot she like wears nothing at the back like one of those hospital gowns almost yeah here we go we’ll show you what we can do big guns for a big girl just going ham oh no oh no there’s a couple places you could go or she could just do that yeah it’s kind of hard to find someone that big what you gonna do did she just like B okay as she body slammed her I mean at least she got hit by the soft part but still it’s a lot of weight like please can I have another I can take it life’s not all about power levels are you g to break out like El Last Resorts kind of thing like a swan song okay I like I like the plan so far I to show you what she’s got what she has is quite lovely oh okay a Catgirl mode damn that actually looks great from a design perspective let’s go this this is cool and all but can we go back to Kiwi I was really getting excited but no next next episode next episode I was just a sweet girl I think yeah I think they did add matama and Neu into the Ed because I was like I think I would remember that Shima Pon shot because I I would not forget Shima Pon shot even yeah they really did I love that that’s how you know they care about the show they’re making thought they were always there and naturally yeah she’s on her show there now thing about that shot in particular definitely looked like he was missing a couple people because they’re all on like one side and even got add to the selfie okay okay that was episode 10 of gushing over magical girls Okay so the first like half of the episode was um was Peak let’s just let just say that but um okay where do I even start talking about this so we got some great like flashback character building kind of stuff right with with show how they’ve been childhood friends in a friends forever she’s always been by her side you all that good stuff right and I was going to make some comments about like how impressive it was that the show managed to make me care about two characters so much that we’re introduced so late into the game that we’re antagonist and yet I feel more invested in their relationship than probably any other relationship in the show like I enjoy kiwi uten and stuff like that but like you know and I enjoy their interactions well enough but you can’t really compete with like the history these two have with the natural chemistry like they they feel more like main characters to to an extent but anyway I was kind of like thinking about that right and then you T of takes that into a secret room man I when they first got in there you know my mind as it always does wanders about wanders about thinking about the things that things that could happen in this room like in any show I watch really I think about what I what I would want to happen in like an ideal scenario where there’s nothing to worry about no like genre limitations or ratings boards or like any kind of Roadblock like what would I want to happen in any given situation usually is not exactly what ends up happening right but this is the one scene where I can tell you it went 100% how I would have written it you g if you gave me complete creative control over the show said send Rai here’s a pen of paper storyboard to tell us what you wanted what every everything you want to happen in this scene tell us we’ll make it happen would have been exactly the same exactly the same that is I’m not sure that’s ever happened to me before but but yeah so uh cuz yeah pretty much they were fighting because obviously she’s still salty about the fake audiences and all that and Neu is a little bit upset because like yeah keep call nemu Nemo I think is what it’s supposed to be nemu just rolls off the tongue better but uh I was trying to call her that anyway Nemo is like a little bit angry because she’s your besti they’re always together she TR she does so much for her and she doesn’t appreciate it doesn’t really acknowledge it doesn’t you know all that good stuff so that’s kind of where they’re coming from so they end up fighting a little bit as a result we get to see you Nemo cry though you know and like I love the the the camera panning away to just to show utena’s reaction to it like that’s a good example of a face it was worth a thousand words cuz I completely understood exactly what was on her mind in that scene you know cuz end is my spirit animal like I’m pretty sure I talked about that like we pretty on on board already but you know they just have a very nice moment to be able to get those feelings out understand each other a bit better get the tears out and all that good stuff and then new attenna drops us with a great line if you’re going to make up why not do it with a kiss and that’s what I mean right there that’s what I was thinking that’s what I was thinking you know of course they have their reaction to that but then uten you know doubles down like you know it’s clearly a sign of your close friendship you know I’m sure sure there isn’t the full extent of your feelings from one another and then M Matana was actually the one that was more gungo for it right she agrees to it and of course we had the usual sort of buildup to it and they actually they did it they did it it wasn’t just like a quick Peck or anything like that we saw tongue we saw saliva we saw everything you could hope for and you know that was great right that was great and she asked she’s satisfied and she says no and I’m like I’m satisfied you know like if I was reading a dojin or something I wouldn’t be satisfied with that but you can only expect so much with an anime right even if it’s even iny anime you can only expect so much but this is the show that tells you like no what you expect you should expect everything because we will give you everything that the scene demands and they gave me everything that the scene demanded she said to go deeper and they went deeper without that with with not much hesitation either right so but um yeah like even even like sprung in some FL some um flashbacks showcasing like yeah some of the feelings Nemo has had that she hasn’t really acted on until now but this was a good opportunity to to do so right so yeah they just pretty much went all the way like all the way like I don’t know how else to phrase it like she said you two do it while I watch and they did it while she watched you know like you know I’ve watched like power fantasy shows before and a lot of them you know like I could see myself doing what the protagonist does but like nothing quite nailed what I would do in in a world where I had the ultimate power to just like move around pieces as I please like if you’re ever put in a position where you can just trap a couple of cute girl childhood friends with each other tell them the kiss tell them tell them to do more while you just watch and enjoy the show like power fantasy power does not get any better than that that is a truest ultimate manifestation of power right there just just just make that clear so yeah that was the you know because I’ve talked about before in the show like this is the lest thing they’ve done so far this is the lest thing they’ve done so far you know this is really hot I don’t think they’ll do a scene hotter than this and you know they they made a new Peak and I’ll say it again there is no beating that especially because we are kind of like in the final kind like kind of like the final Arc you know so it probably is going to be more focused on combat than anything else so that’s probably they felt the need to give us this top tier 11 out of 10 SG scene because we’re probably not going to get many chances to to surpass that so yeah if that’s the best it gets if that’s the peak it hits that I’m satisfied like I I could not ask for more than that I couldn’t even ask for that but I definitely could not ask for more than that I the only SE that could have possibly been better if they were sisters but I’m I’m obious not going to get too greedy on that but like that was just Peak right there but so yeah and I don’t really have much to say about the second half like obviously we have kiwi trying to prove herself because she’s like the no star she just looked down upon a lot she’s trying to give it a ra game show what she’s got and I Ru for her and I don’t want her to die I don’t really have much to say about it beyond that but but that was just great that was that was awesome anyway I I think I’ve rambled enough about it so so yeah
